摘要
Since 2015 a large scale demonstration plant of the Storasol High Temperature Thermal Energy Storage (HTTES) is in operation at the University of Bayreuth. With a storage capacity of 1.6 MWh(th) and a charging capacity of up to 1.8 MW, the system is in operation. In this paper, first operational results of the charging and discharging process are shown, including the operation of a connected ORC-process. Furthermore, the paper shows additional simulation used during the design process of the storage system and integration concept of the HTTES into a CSP-plant.
