Percutaneous coronary intervention to treat saphenous vein graft stenosis can be complicated by significant lesion and vessel wall calcification. We describe the first case of combined rotational atherectomy and intravascular lithotripsy to treat a severely calcified vein graft stenosis. (c) 2021 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
