摘要
With regard to the important content of human resource management, allocating human resources reasonably, mobilizing staffs' enthusiasm fully and exerting staffs' creativity to the greatest degree should be taken into consideration. In the 21st century, what enterprises must do in the fierce market competition is complete such important content. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper analyzes that in order to ensure the organization to achieve business objectives, to achieve missions and to promote the long-term development, enterprises in which way can properly grasp the employees' inner needs, can develop staffs' positive emotion and can apply positive psychology in human resource management and development, during the process of the recruitment, training, performance evaluation and incentive process of employees.
