摘要：

Gold-catalyzed nucleophilic addition of allene is one of the most important methods to synthesize compounds of C-C, C-N, C-O and C-S bonds. In this paper, the gold-catalyzed nucleophilic addition reactions of allene derivatives with nucleophiles containing carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur and their application in the synthesis of asymmetric heterocyclic compounds are reviewed. The mechanism and the influence factor on the reactions are also discussed.
