摘要：

This article is devoted to the analysis of the 13 Draft Conclusions on Subsequent Agreement and Subsequent Practice in relation to the Interpretation of Treaties (with commentaries) (the 'Draft Conclusions') adopted in 2018 by the International Law Commission (the 'ILC'), as well as presenting some reactions to the Draft Conclusions. It provides some reflections on the monumental contribution that the ICL and the Special Rapporteur's have made on this project, and the importance of this achievement for practitioners.
