摘要
The evaluation methodology outlined in this paper produces a detailed description of a structure and process of a case management system. Using a theory-based model, a checklist has been developed to describe the attributes of a high-quality case management system, incorporating multiple value frames. Items on the list describe proximal outcomes logically necessary for effective case management as identified by various stakeholder groups. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
