Placental chorangioma associated with perinatal death:: a case report

摘要：

Placental chorangioma is the most frecuent nontrophoblastic tumour of the placenta, with a reported incidence from 0,01% to 1,3%(1,2). The placental chorangioma may be the cause of maternal and fetal complications such as: placental abruption, hydramnios, premature ruptured membrane, fetal anemia, hydrops and perinatal death(3,4). We report a case of several fetal anemia and perinatal death associated a placental chorangioma confirmed this diagnosis by placental histopathological study.
