摘要
The effect of dispersion on the relaxation-retardation time scale ratio was studied. The Cole-Davidson (CD)-type dielectric function was treated numerically. The longitudinal time is a typical benchmark for estimating the time scale of fast solvation responses on the basis of dielectric relaxation data. Relaxation-time dispersions are capable of shifting the relaxation or modulus time scales much more towards fast responses relative to the Debye case.
