摘要：
The chemical composition of the essential oil of Salvia palaestina Benth. growing wild in Iran, was examined by GC and GC-MS. 60 components, representing 91.7% of the total oil, were characterized. The main components were germacrene D (14.0%), beta-bisabolene (11.9%), 1-epi-cubenol (9.8%), decanal (7.0%), beta-caryophyllene (6.1%) and isobornyl butanoate (5.8%).
