摘要
Risk is everywhere in modem business management process. Risks which caused by human resource management like loss of staff, malfeasance and so on are being brought to the operators' attention. We established the early warning mechanism of human resource management risk and evaluated the present condition of enterprises' human resource management by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then we analyzed the data and warned the enterprises based on the analysis result. With this enterprises can take some specific and effective measures to evade risks, avoid or minimize losses, thereby improve the standard of scientific management.
