摘要
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technology has become one of the most popular technologies in modern communications. However, OFDM signals have high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR), which degrades the system performance. In this paper, a novel PAPR reduction scheme based on Arnold transform is proposed. By using the augmentations and Arnold transform, the proposed scheme can achieve the purpose of getting the satisfactory PAPR performance and the same BER performance as the original OFDM systems. More importantly, there is no side information needed in proposed scheme.
