摘要：
This paper talks about the design and development of a Measurement Assurance Program (MAP) for Measurement with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) in a production center and in particular, on how to ensure the validity of the measurement process used in the control of manufacturing. It also deals with how to obtain the optimum performance of the control means and the determination of the most suitable calibration interval. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
