摘要
We developed a new method for fabrication of oxide laser ceramics. Its prospects were conclusively confirmed by efficient lasing at two wavelengths approximate to 1064 nm (F-4(3/2) -> I-4(11/2)) and approximate to 946 nm (F-4(3/2) -> I-4(9/2)) of Nd3+ ions in Y3Al5O12 ceramics with laser-diode pumping.
