摘要
Studies have shown that the individual has always been a tendency to choose the work consistent with its work values, and the individual consistent with organizational values easy to produce higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The intergenerational difference in work values, and each time the social change can bring work value adjustment. This paper based on the research of WeiJun, ZhangDe in the development of culture values scale, after carried on the questionnaire survey, chose five factors for an official questionnaire research, in view of the different generation employees got certain research results.
