摘要
Globalization fed by the access to information has led to a more dynamic and diverse workplace in which individuals with same nationality are alike but still they are so different one from each other in the way of thinking, feeling and acting, depending on their experiences accumulated during life. Nowadays in order for companies to obtain high performance the human resource must be considered as a competitive advantage. Therefore it is imperative for managers to acknowledge the cultural diversity of the people they manage in order to provide an inclusive environment with high social cohesion and nonexistent unprofessional behaviors. This paper aims firstly to identify the workers' cultural diversity and the existing behavioral patterns at team level from a multinational company from Romania and secondly it aims to determine the way in which team cohesion is influenced by cultural diversity and behavioral patterns in this company.
