摘要
Simulation results of a simple and compact pillboxtype window having reduced RF electric field at the periphery of the ceramic disk are described in the paper. The window uses mixed traveling TE11 and evanescent TM11 modes and is designed for a 5.712 GHz (10 kW average and 3 MW peak output power) klystron.
