RETRACTED: Research on Development of Green Catering in China in the Context of Low Carbon Economy (Retracted Article)

With the global warming, environment protection and low carbon economy increasingly concerned by public, green catering obtains a rare development opportunity in China. Based on the concept of low carbon economy, this research clarified the green catering, analyzed its developing status in China, disclosed the existing problems and put forward some suggestions so as to speed up its development in the context of low carbon economy. This research is helpful to discover the barriers in this industry, give supports to green catering managers and green food producers, and also provide a better way to understand the Chinese catering industry.
