摘要
Two new methyl 3,5-dimethylbenzolate derived [12]aneN(3) compounds 4a and 4b were prepared through high efficient click reactions and characterized with element analysis, NMR, IR and high resolution MS. The corresponding zinc (II) complexes can greatly promote the cleavage of RNA model phosphodiester 2-hydroxypropyl-4-nitrophenylphosphate(HPNPP) in methanol with an acceleration of 10(7)-fold relative to the background reaction.
