摘要
A modern trend in the development of laser based analytical instruments is to integrate more functions in a single device(1<^>). This approach could be useful for two purposes. The elimination of redundancies could reduce the global cost of the instruments and reduce the maintenance and operator's training cost. Besides, the avalaibility of different analytical tools in a single instrument could simplify the application in situ of the methods and could improve the accuracy in the identification of different components, thanks to the possible cross-correlation of the results of different spectral markers.
