摘要：

Drawing from a study perspective, this paper examines how information technology (IT) has been a catalyst in the development of new forms of organizational needs. The article draws a linkage between IT support and decision making process. The article suggests that the evolving and expanding role of IT in supporting managerial decisions have enough place to improve in Romanian organizations.
