摘要:
A millimeter-wave oscillator which incorporates an overmoded-waveguide resonator with an array of TE10-mode waveguides containing Gunn diodes, has been developed as a means for achieving highly efficient spatial power combining. An efficiency of about 74 % and an output power of 0.2 W (CW) at 94 GHz, has been achieved with a 3x1 waveguide Gunn diode array with dimensions of 8.1x8.2x30 mm(3).
