摘要
In the current study, via using the mixed-ligand synthesis approach, two new Co(II)-based coordination polymers (CPs), [Co(1,4-PDA)(L)(H2O)](n) (1) and [Co(5-AIP)(L)(H2O)](n) (2) and (L = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)propane, 5-H(2)AIP = 5-aminoisophthalic acid, 1,4-H(2)PDA = 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The as-prepared two coordination polymers have been studied via the single crystal X-ray diffraction study along with the elemental analysis. Their application values on the coronary artery heart disease (CHD) was evaluated and the related mechanism was discussed as well. Firstly, the ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) detection assay was performed to measure the levels of the inflammatory cytokines released into the plasma. Then, the relative expression of the NF-kappa b signaling pathway was determined by the real time RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) after the compound treatment. Above all, compound 1 showed much better application values than compound 2 on coronary artery heart disease by inhibiting NF-kappa b signaling pathway activation.
