摘要
Sensor at work: The structure of platinum in a 50 micrometer thin SnO 2 layer is monitored by the combination of a specially designed experimental sensor setup with high-energy-resolution fluorescence-detected X-ray absorption spectroscopy and "range-extended" EXAFS to gain new insights into the local structure of the platinum dopant.
