摘要
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of mobbing in the workplace on the commitment to the organization (affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment) and trust in the manager. For this purpose, data were collected from a total of 244 participants by survey method. The sample of the study consists of educators in 7 (Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Konya, Hatay) provinces. The data collected in the study were analyzed with the SPSS 23.0 statistical program and the findings were interpreted. The data determined to be suitable for normal distribution; validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were applied. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that mobbing has a statistically significant and negative relationships with the affective commitment and normative commitment, which is one of the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment and trust to the manager.
