摘要：

The organizations success accrues from its output and prospering from the all employees potential. It depends on the individual managers competencies how they afford opportunity to capitalize on staff potential conformable with organization goals. The managers have responsibility, relevant to their position in organization hierarchy, for strategy, organization, organization culture as well as efficient resources consumption. The article deals with the role of managers in capitalizing on staff potential due to organization goals succeeding.
