Electrical properties of La0.6Re0.1Ca0.3Mn0.3 (Re = Pr, Sm, Gd, Dy) at low temperature

摘要
We have studied the transport properties of La0.6Re0.1Ca0.3MnO3 (Re = Pr, Sm, Gd, Dy) at low temperature down to 4.2 K with fixed doping concentration. The temperature at which the peak resistivity appears, shifts to lower temperature as the ionic radii of the rare earth ions decrease. The samples exhibit a resistivity minimum at low temperature depending on the nature of the substituted rare earth ions. The temperature dependence of resistivity at low temperature has been interpreted in terms of electron-electron interaction. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
