摘要
Kahla-Lobschutz - a Magdalenian site in the central Saale valley in Thuringia The surface material of Kahla-Lobschutz (Saale-Holzland-Kreis) consists of almost 14,000 lithics and has been the subject of discussion on the Magdalenian in Central Germany for at least 60 years. For the first time, this contribution presents a graphical documentation of the lithics and an analysis of all criteria related to the basic shapes and tools including the measurements as well. The discussion of the shapes and tools profits from the knowledge largely enhanced during the last 15 years concerning the Late Upper Palaeolithic in the catchment area of the rivers Saale and Weisse Elster.
