Synthesis and Crystal Structure of New Heterocyclic Compounds Containing 1,2,3-Triazole Moiety

摘要
A series of new heterocyclic compounds bearing 1,2,3-triazole moiety were synthesized using 4-acetyl-2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole 1 as the starting material. The target compounds were prepared and the structures were characterized by IR, H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Meanwhile, the crystal structures of the synthesized compounds were also furthered confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 3b crystallized in the monoclinic P2(1)/c space group with unit cell parameters a = 10.6974(17) , b = 20.356(3) , c = 7.8049(12) , alpha = 90A degrees, beta A = 102.840(3)A degrees, gamma A = 90A(0), V = 1657.1(5) (3), Z = 4, T = 293(2) K. Compound 7c crystallized in the Triclinic P-1 space group with unit cell parameters a = 7.364(2) , b = 7.366(2) , c = 26.089(8), alpha = 87.114(7)A degrees, beta A = 87.040(7) (3)A degrees, gamma A = 82.337(7)A degrees, V = 1399.2(7) (3), Z = 2, T = 293(2) K. Compound 10c crystallized in the Triclinic P-1 space group with unit cell parameters a = 9.8152(10) , b = 10.0806(13) , c = 11.1267(14) , alpha = 100.344(3)A degrees, beta A = 111.975(3)A degrees, gamma A = 107.852(3)A degrees, V = 916.18(19) (3), Z = 2, T = 293(2) K.
