摘要：

In the current article we investigate the challenges of using the actual RIA technologies in building mobile applications designed for in-learning. Considering that there are used a lot of different mobile browsers and versions, we investigate the requirement of write once, run anywhere". As an example, we analyze the functionalities that may be included in a mobile application developed for the students and the teachers of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Alexandru loan Cuza University of Iasi. Key figure of the current study is the challenges of using m-learning tools in competition with the existing e-learning tools.
