SECTION MODEL TEST OF LARGE STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BRIDGE

摘要
When a section model is chosen to simulated the huge object, several problems are difficult to be solved following the regular way. In this paper, a new test method is put forward based on a large steel-composite bridge which has three pieces of main truss and six railway lines. In this method, one section model is used to simulate the positive and negative moment segments of real bridge respectively by changing support locations of model. Assistant node loading are taken to solve the problem of lack of first system force for section model compared with real bridge. The finite element calculations of whole bridge and section model have been done, and a 1: 6 scale section model with 6 internodes has been designed and produced. The test method is proved to be effective by results of model test and calculations, and it is also available and valuable for researchers.
