摘要
This paper presents a new phased four element array antenna with circular polarization, achieved at the biomedically safe frequency of 2.45 GHz. The patch is constructed by dividing the feed line current between circular-shape elements using articulate transmission line system with sequential phase shift. The patch achieves very low reflection losses at multiple frequency bands centered at 2.45 GHz, 2.86 GHz., etc. The antenna is 12 x 12 cm(2) in size and printed on an epoxy Fr4 substrate with full ground. A full agreement in reflection coefficient S11 is obtained between simulated and measured results.
