Isolation of Salmonella spp and Salmonella phages from food and food factories

摘要
This work reports of the Salmonella phages isolated from food and food factories: they belong to Myoviridae, Siphoviridae and Podoviridae families. The percentage of isolated phages is over 32%, meanwhile the strains of Salmonella which was present in the same place reach the 7%.
