摘要
In this study, the research is done on the effects of Artemia and granule feed utilization in growth performance of Black sea trout larvas (Salmo trutta labrax PALLAS, 1811) during feeding. In the study. January 2007 date Black sea trout larvas (F3) in Central Fishery Research Institute hatchery was used and larvas were kept in 1x1x0.5 m size fiberglass tank. The dept of the water was 10 cm. the tanks were sorted into four equal parts by the help of aliminium sheet and the water valume was 25 I in each part. Black sea trout larvas were put into parts as 40 larva/l density. Larvas were divided into three groups as three frequency: the groups were fed as first group live feed (Artemia). second group granule feed (commercial trout start feed) and third group granule feed + live feed Avarage weight value at 45(th) day was measured respectively as 170.77 +/- 8.731 mg, 313.58 +/- 6.597 mg and 250.67 +/- 85.042 mg and. The groups showed different results (P<0.05). From the 50(th) day the best growth was observed in group fed with granule feed; therefore, granule feed began to be used for all groups. At the end of the study (143(th) day), average weight values were estimated as for each group; live feed, granule feed and, live feed + granule feed 942.25 +/- 153.622 mg, and 991.26 +/- 347.495 mg, 1101.78 +/- 392.329 mg respectively. It was seen that live feed + granule feed group showed better growth performance than other groups (P<0.05). It was identified that in feeding Black sea trout larvas (F3) which have been in time process the utilization of granule feed beside live feed increases growth performance.
