摘要
The uncertainties can greatly influence the cash flow of power network planning projects to a large extent, which increases the difficulties in the project decision-making. This paper introduced the blind number theory to describe the blind information of cash flow and initial total investment, and constructed the blind number model of real option in the evaluation of power network planning projects under the uncertain environment, aiming at a more comprehensive investment decisions of power network planning projects.
