摘要
Domain-wall movement in square ferromagnetic nanowires is considered using micromagnetic simulations. For selected nanowire cross-section (32 nm by 32 nm) the domain wall contains a Bloch point-thus temperature dependence plays an important role. Landau-Lifshitz-Bloch equation is used to account for thermal effects. We find out interesting influence of the temperature 600 K being ca. 70% of the Curie temperature. Namely, although in general velocity of the domain wall is smaller-as compared to the T = 0 case-the domain wall itself is more stable. Thus, higher external fields can be applied and the domain wall retains its initial vortex structure.
