Considering of the high PAPR problem in OFDM system, a combined algorithm is proposed. It combines the advantages of the MSLM and companding transform. First, the proposed method used MSLM scheme to improve the PAPR performance, and then the compression algorithm is used to reduce the PAPR value. Simulation results show that the combined algorithm outperforms the DSLM method by 2.2dB when the number of subcarriers is 256 and the value of CCDF is 10(-3).
