摘要
The Power-law process (PLP), also known as the Duane model, is a nonhomogeneous Poisson process which is widely used for the modeling of repairable systems reliability. Recently, goodness-of-fit (GOF) tests for the PLP have attracted a lot of attention. Gaudoin, Yang and Xie have proposed a simple GOF test for the PLP, based on the R-squared of the Duane plot. The main interest of this test is that it has a practical understanding and is much simpler than the previous ones. In this paper, the power of the R-squared test is assessed through Monte-Carlo simulations. Finally, applications on real data are provided.
