摘要：

Jonathan, a 22-year-old undergraduate, has been troubled by dyspepsia in the past few weeks. He initially attributed it to stress from studying for his upcoming university examinations. However, when the symptom persisted, he decided to seek advice from his family physician. He was positive for H. pylori on serological testing and was started on seven-day clarithromycinbased triple therapy. Upon its completion, Jonathan returned for repeat serology, which remained positive. As his symptoms were persistent, his family physician referred him to a gastroenterologist for further management.
