摘要：
This patent claims novel inhibitors of inflammatory mediator formation, superoxide anion and the cytokines tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) and interleukin-l beta (IL-1 beta), and their use in the prophylaxis and treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The claimed inhibitors are aminobenzo-phenones.
