Research on the Magnetic Properties of Co1-xZnxFe2O4 Thin Films Prepared by Sol-gel Method

摘要
Using Co(NO3)(2)center dot 6H(2)O, Zn(CH(3)C0O)(2)center dot 2H(2)O and Fe(NO3)(3)center dot 9H(2)O as starting materials, Co1-xZnxFe2O4(x=0.0 to 0.6) ferrite films were prepared on silicon by the sol-gel process. The results show that the films have cubic spinel single-phase, and the surface of the films are dense. The average grain size of he films is about 50 nm. The saturation magnetization and residual magnetization reach the maximum when x=0.3, and coercivity decreases with the increase of Zn2+ concentration. The magnetization measurements show that the saturation magnetization decreased with the increasing of temperature with a range from 60k to 400k, and the reasons were analyzed.
