摘要
In this paper, a new surfactant, quaternary ammonium salts of 2-undecyl (heptadecyl)-1-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline (SUDEI) were firstly used to modify multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), and then Au nanoparticles coated MWNTs nanocomposites were prepared with different reductant. The composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that, MWNTs surface was evenly distributed with Au nanoparticles when using NaBH(4) as reductant. The electrochemical results show that Au nanoparticles and MWNTs have strong co-action of electron transfer, and when using the composites fixed rabbit IgG, the goat-anti-rabbit IgG solution was detected sensitively.
