摘要
The sensitivity of the photosynthetic apparatus of Antarctic Synechocystis sauna and Chlorella vulgaris after UV-B irradiation was compared. Our results clearly demonstrate that UV-B induced changes in the energy transfer between chlorophyll-protein complexes, primary photochemistry of photosystem II and photosynthetic oxygen evolution, are stronger influenced in the cyanobacterium Synechocystis sauna than that in the green alga Chlorella vulgaris.
