摘要
Modified amino-sulfonic acid series superplasticizer(FE)with-SO3-, -COO- groups was synthesized from the polymerization of sulphonated phenol, phenol, urea, sodium p-aminophenylsulphonate, hydroxylcarboxylic acid and formaldehyde. The polymer's structure was characterized with FTIR spectrum and H-1 NMR spectrum, basic physical properties and applying physical properties of superplasticizers were determined with National Standard GB 8077-2000 and GB 8076-1997 correspondingly. The results showed the product has low mixing amount, high ratio of reducing-water, low slump loss of concrete and high concrete compressive strength with the comparison of naphthalene series superplasticizer; meanwhile, under the same mixing amount condition, FE also has some advantages on water-reducing ratio, concrete compressive strength and lower cost by 15% similar to 20% compared with commercial aminosulphonic acid series products. So the product FE is helpful to be new high-quality concrete superplasticizer.
