De-noising and recognition of EOG signal based on mathematical morphology

摘要
The EOG (Electro-Oculography) signal is disturbed by noise and baseline drift, which make it more difficulty to be recognized. In this research, a new algorithm based on mathematical morphology filtering method was proposed to reduce interference from noise and baseline drift. After de-noising, the 5 types of eye movements can be recognized well by threshold detection and average recognition accuracy is about 93%.
