摘要：

With the increasing application of maturity model in the field of knowledge management, knowledge management maturity model is causing widespread concern of practitioners and researchers. This paper compared comprehensively many knowledge management maturity models, fully analyzed the characteristics of these models, combined with modem enterprise knowledge management practices, then proposed the integrative knowledge management maturity model (I-KMMM) and analyzed deeply logical structure, maturity level, key process areas and implementation procedures for modern enterprises implementing effectively knowledge management projects and enhancing knowledge management capability and performance.
