摘要：

A zinc(II) coordination discrete complex, [Zn-4(pydc)(4)(H2O)(8)] (pydc = 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylate, C7H3NO4), has been prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of [Zn(CH3COO)(2)]. -2H(2)O and H-2 pydc in H2O. The complex exhibits a rectangular structure formed from four zinc(II) and four pydc bridging ligands. The rectangular structure is interconnected by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network.
