摘要：
The paper presents method based on Petri net theory. It allows assessing the reliability of power transmission systems, where reliability and recovery features are usually different from the exponential. For the municipal cable system it was analyzed four power paths set of lifetime distributions of medium-voltage power line customers. Algorithms determine the evolutionary changes in the network configuration to enable the restoration of electricity supply to customers.
