摘要
In order to reduce the cost and the size of a single-phase to three-phase converter, single-phase inverter without electrolytic capacitor was proposed. This paper proposes a novel control strategy for IPMSM drive system in the field of home air conditioners with single-phase to three-phase non electrolytic capacitor converter. In order to quickly track the reference current and increase the power factor, in this paper dead-beat predictive current control (DBCC) is adopted, so the complicated current loop control is not required. However, due to the fluctuation of dc-link voltage and insufficient voltage margin, using conventional DBCC more harmonics exist on the grid-side current and dc-link voltage. Therefore, in order to further improve the performance and reduce the harmonics of the grid side current, an improved dead-beat predictive current control is proposed on the basis of the traditional method. Both simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
