摘要
Methods for monitoring environmental parameters using a computer information and measurement system with data transfer capability through radio technical means of communication. Developed by Special service functions, by which the measurement process occurs automatically without operator involvement. The analysis of ways of time and frequency synchronization is carried out. The possibility of using satellite radio navigation systems (SRNS) signals for synchronizing radio communication systems in time and carrier frequency has been confirmed.
