摘要
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging technique is proposed in which a diverging laser beam at given frequency was used to illuminate the entire sensor surface in Kretschmann-Raether configuration. A pattern of dark intensity line on bright background is observed corresponding to the SPR dip at an angular range depending on the refractive index of the adjacent analyte and monitored by a two-dimensional CCD detector. A novel Radon transform based detection algorithm for the SPR line pattern is proposed, which is non sensitive to the laser speckle noise and improves the accuracy. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V.
